New Artist / New Album:

Cyne / Pretty Dark Things

Good news...and it’s kind of a surprise. We’ve officially brought CYNE onto our roster. For those who don’t know and to keep it quick and simple, CYNE are a 4-piece hip hop group originating from Gainesville, Florida. They write thought-provoking words that are backed by forward-thinking music. We’ve been fans since they first dropped the “African Elephants” twelve way back in 2001 up through their first two critically-acclaimed (but hard as hell to find) albums, “Time Being” and “Evolution Fight”...and then as fate (and our then-Florida address) would have it, we actually became friends with them.

Over the past year or so we’ve been working together to try and find the best way to get their music out to the masses, and we think we’ve come up with a pretty decent plan. On July 29th, you will be able to purchase their 3rd proper album, “Pretty Dark Things,” from digital outlets everywhere. But that’s not all, over the next few months we’ll be spilling out a pile of videos, remixes, and the like for you all to chew on.

We couldn’t be happier to be working with them, and to say we are honored and humbled to have them as a branch on our family tree would be a massive understatement. Welcome aboard, fellows.

As for everyone else, be prepared to get your teeth knocked in by how good “PDT” is.
